Indicative pricing. These plans are not final and the figures may change before we publish them. If you are weighing us up and need a number you can rely on, ask us and we will give you one in writing.

Pricing

You pay per person. That is the whole model.

Nothing to unlock, no module to buy later. Incidents, the reporting countdown and the restrictive-practices register are in the cheapest paid plan, because your obligations do not get smaller when your bill does. And the more people you add, the less each one costs — the rate only ever falls.

What happens when you grow.

Banded flat fees punish you at exactly the wrong moment — hire one more person, tip into the next band, and the whole bill steps up. Drag this and watch the per-person rate fall without ever jumping.

Effective rate on Core$9.59per user — it only ever falls

Seats past fifteen are billed twenty per cent lower. The first fifteen are unchanged, so nobody you already had got more expensive.

True on every plan, including the free one.

Compliance is never an add-on

Incidents, reportable-incident timers and the restrictive-practices register are in every paid plan, including the cheapest. Your legal obligations do not change with your plan, so neither do the tools for meeting them.

Volume relief that never cliffs

Seats past fifteen are twenty per cent cheaper, past fifty thirty-five, and past a hundred and fifty half price — applied to the seats inside each band, so your rate only ever falls and adding one person can never make the others cost more.

Month to month, and your data is yours

No lock-in contract and no early-termination fee. Export through the API or take a full export whenever you want, including on the way out.

Migration is included

We move your participants, workers and history in on every paid plan. It is not a professional-services line item, because charging to let you leave a competitor is a strange way to win.

Things people ask us

What counts as a user?

Anyone with a login who used it that month — coordinators, rostering and payroll staff, managers, and support workers on the mobile app. Someone you have offboarded stops counting the month they stop signing in.

We run a lot of casuals. Does that get expensive?

This is the question the whole ladder is built around, because NDIS headcount runs well above caseload. Relief starts at the sixteenth seat: twenty per cent off past fifteen, thirty-five past fifty, and half price past a hundred and fifty. At two hundred users the effective rate is roughly half the headline. Drag the calculator to your own numbers.

Why is incident reporting on the cheapest paid plan?

Because a small provider has the same twenty-four-hour reporting obligation as a large one. Putting a statutory clock behind an upgrade prompt would be indefensible, so safeguarding sits in every paid tier and the plans differ on claiming, payroll and AI instead.

What happens when I cross a band?

Nothing sudden. Relief applies to the seats inside each band, the way tax brackets do, so your total moves smoothly and your per-user rate only ever falls.

A worker of ours also works for another provider. Do we both pay?

Yes — they hold one login but a separate membership with each organisation, and each of you is billed for your own. Neither of you can see the other's records, which is the reason it works that way.

Do I have to talk to someone to get started?

No. Free is self-serve and there is no setup fee on any plan. Create a workspace, load sample data, and look. Talk to us when you actually want to.

Start without talking to anyone.
