Brevity is priced differently from almost everyone else in this category, and that difference is the comparison. They charge per client; we charge per person on your team. Which of those is cheaper for you depends on one number — how many workers you employ per participant — so we have put that first.
Assessed 5 September 2026 from Brevity's own published pricing and product pages, with dated third-party reviews cited only where those pages were silent. Their plans change; check anything decisive with them directly.
Brevity is ahead of us on three things and we would rather say so plainly: their bill is per client — $4.49 on Lite and $6.49 on Business, with a ten-client minimum — so hiring more casuals costs you nothing extra, where our per-user model bills every seat; they are ISO 27001 certified where our certification is still in progress; and they integrate with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks where we export to Xero one way. A fifteen-participant provider with sixty workers pays them under a hundred dollars a month and would pay us a great deal more. The table below has all of it, including the rows we lose.
Per-client pricing is genuinely cheaper for a casual-heavy provider, and we say so above. What per-user buys you is a bill that says what each person costs, no setup fee, and a rate that falls as you grow rather than a plan you have to step up to for group rostering or SIL — both of which Brevity places on their Business plan. Everything we ship is in the $11 plan.
Brevity lists incident management on every plan and we do not doubt it. What their public material does not describe is the 24-hour reportable-incident clock: ours starts the moment an incident is logged, a scan inside the database moves it along every hour, and it escalates when nobody picks it up. If you are a registered provider, that clock is the difference between a form and a compliance control.
Medication records, a restrictive-practices register with authorisation state and review dates, and a SCHADS engine that checks five specific breaches while the roster is still a draft — priced at your own casual loading. Brevity's pages list payroll management and NDIS compliance tools; they do not describe any of these three, so we cannot tell you they lack them, only that we could not find them.
Clock on, write a note and report an incident in a house with no reception; it syncs when you are back, recorded at the time you acted. Brevity ships iOS and Android apps; their pages do not say whether they work offline, and a 2026 buyer's guide describes the mobile app as less mature. We would rather you test that yourself than take either of us at our word.

Brevity's public pages do not describe medication records, a restrictive-practices register, offline use on the mobile app, AI features, a family portal, or where their data is hosted. We have not marked any of those as missing — we simply could not find them, and a demonstration will answer in five minutes what a website cannot.
you run many workers per participant and the bill matters more than the feature list, if ISO 27001 is a procurement requirement this year, or if you already run MYOB or QuickBooks and need the integration.
you deliver personal care with medication support, if reportable incidents and restrictive practices are a weekly reality, if you want the award checked and priced before the roster is published, or if you would rather pay per person for a plan that already has everything in it.
