Audit readiness

An audit should be a link you send, not a fortnight you lose.

The weeks before an audit usually go on proving things that already happened. They only take weeks because nobody was assembling the proof while the work was being done.

The score is computed from your records, not asserted

Readiness is worked out from what the system can actually see, every time you look at it. It is not a stored number somebody updated, and there is no checklist to tick. Nothing on it is self-declared, so it moves when the work moves — and it cannot quietly go stale.

Scans that run overnight, so your mornings have news

Each night the database walks your compliance obligations, the credentials about to expire, the documents about to lapse and the risk reviews falling due, and raises whatever needs a person. You find out days early from a dashboard, rather than on the day it matters from a phone call.

Evidence packs on demand

Pull the documents, records and trails behind an obligation into one pack whenever you need it. It is generated from the same records you run the business on, which is exactly why it cannot disagree with them.

Give your auditor a portal, not a folder

A read-only portal scoped to what they need, reached by a token that expires on its own. Nobody has to remember to take the access away afterwards — which is the step that never happens.

Findings turn into work with a name on it

A finding becomes an action with an owner and a due date. And if it is the same finding you got last time, it says so — recurring, rather than arriving as a fresh surprise you have to go and look up.

The part that is hard to copy

The trail is tamper-evident because of how it is built

Clinical, compliance and financial changes are written to an append-only log by the database itself, and each entry carries a fingerprint of the one before it. Change one and the chain visibly breaks — and it stays broken even for the account that owns the table. Your evidence is a by-product of running the place, not something produced for an auditor afterwards.

The rest of it.

Not modules you buy separately. They read the same records, which is why nothing between them ever needs reconciling.

See it on records that look like yours.
